Dr Achilleas Barlas has served as an Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) advisor since 2018, leading the Innovation in SMEs Unit at PRAXI Network and coordinating EEN-Hellas, the Greek hub of EEN. Dr. Barlas has facilitated more than 25 partnership agreements and achieved 9 significant milestones for Greek SMEs in the past three years. He is certified in both IMP3rove and Innovation Health Check methodologies, specializing in an array of advisory services such as internationalization, technology transfer, and access to finance. Additionally, he holds a certification in Digital Innovation Quotient and Corporate Sustainability Navigator. His academic credentials include an MSc in Recreation Management from the University of Wolverhampton, an MBA from the University of Nicosia, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Service Quality from the University of Thessaly and Democritus University of Thrace. Dr. Barlas’s scholarly contributions comprise 14 scientific papers in reputable marketing and business journals. His expertise extends to nurturing innovative startups, thus amalgamating academic rigor with enterprise practicality.
