Senior Partner and Director of INNOVA

Senior Partner and Director of INNOVA S.r.l., a technology accelerator where she manages the incubation programme, assisting innovative startups with services and technical advice for business growth. She has a Degree in Economics and Master in ‘Foreign Trade’.

In the last 25 years she worked in an international environment assigned with management of innovation projects and European acceleration and training programmes for deep tech startups. Currently, she is member of the Management Team of the EIC Tech to Market Entrepreneurship Programme that provides entrepreneurial courses for innovative researchers and expert support to innovators from EIC Pathfinder and Transition funded projects. Previously, she was Project Manager of B-hub for Europe, an acceleration programme aimed to support the market take up of blockchain-based solution at European level.

At INNOVA she is also responsible for the Innovation Policies Unit dealing with economic studies, monitoring, assessment and review of European policies and benchmarking exercises. In this framework, she is national expert for Italy in the ‘SME Performance Review’ that monitors countries’ progress in the implementation of the SME strategy and the Small Business Act (SBA).

Over the years, she was involved in technical assistance exercises for national and European institutions (European Commission, Italian Ministry of Research, municipalities and regional agencies) monitoring and evaluating innovation policies.

She provides support to companies with learning sessions on innovation, digitalisation and blockchain.

She is author of several publications in the field of innovation, policy assessment and benchmarking.
