Highlighting the evolution of eHealth, the presentation focuses on critical topics such as the electronic patient identification, the adoption of the Diagnostic-related Groups (DGRs) system, and digital warehouse management. In addition, the importance of the electronic card for patients’ mental health is examined, as well as the operation and effectiveness of the 14444 call center for scheduling appointments at the outpatient clinics of the General Hospital of Larissa.
