It focuses on Digital Health in the context of humanitarian crises and disasters, on vulnerable groups and the management of health crises in natural disasters, as well as the role of Local Government in crisis issues in the defense of public health, especially focusing on planning and networking. In addition, the management of dead animals after natural disasters in the context of integrated health and the activation of national disaster response and action plans will be thoroughly discussed, as well as their connection with the health system.
