Sébastien Imbert brings a wealth of experience in the fields of digital innovation, technology, marketing, and sales. He holds a degree in Business Engineering from Kedge Business School, an MBA MCI in Marketing & Commerce on the Internet (with honors), and completed studies in Marketing at HEC – CESA. For over 20 years, Sebastian Imbert worked at Microsoft, where he held the position of Chief Marketing Officer for the past five years.

As Chief Marketing Officer, his role was associated with strategic marketing directions, planning, orchestration, and execution of marketing & sales operations with the aim of driving growth and adoption of Microsoft’s cloud solutions (Data & AI, Infrastructure, ERP/CRM, ModernWork, Cybersecurity) & devices (Surface, MixedReality/Hololens). Prior to that, he served as the Director of Digital Marketing at Microsoft, where he spearheaded the deployment of numerous initiatives and programs with some of them deployed a global scale.

During his time at Microsoft, he developed expertise and leadership in the following areas:

  • Production of digital content and amplification #ContentFactory,
  • Social media management #ReachEngagement,
  • Physical-digital-hybrid Experiential Events #Phygital,
  • Customer insights #DataManagement,
  • Digital & modern selling #SocialSelling,
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns #omnichannel,
  • Customer engagement and lead generation #MarketingAutomation.

Sébastien Imbert is also a member of the pedagogical committee of the MBA DMBat EFAP, a member of the board of administration of Villa Numéris, and a member of the board of administration of Equaleaders (a think do tank of men and women committed to diverse and inclusive leadership teams). He also provides support to start-ups – Respaid, Data Driven RH, MyJiminy – as a non-operational board member and regularly speaks at market events or higher education institutions to share his expertise in digital transformation.

In July 2023, Sébastien Imbert was delighted to be ranked in the top 3 CMOs in France for digital influence, just after deciding to venture into the creation of positions itself around three main areas:

  1. Consulting, recommendation, implementation, and deployment: diagnosing digital business & technological maturity of an offer, solution, company, or organization, providing recommendations and implementation, including coaching or team definition (internal, outsourced).
  2. Digital solutions: activation and deployment of digital solutions to enhance customer engagement, modern event and/or community management (small or large) with a focus on data integration and experiential editorial animation.
  3. Training: Creating and conducting training in the areas of digital business, digital marketing, artificial intelligence, and company/employee personal branding advocacy (focus on executives). is excited to contribute to making its clients as prosperous and sustainable as possible in a world where technology has become more than ever a transformative force in its own right.
