The Technology Transfer Office (TTO) of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) is the contact point between the academic community and the market, aiming to exploit the results of the University’s research. During the presentation, its profile and services will be presented, as well as the Walk AUTh Innovation Accelerator, with the aim of developing collaborations between the sector’s industry and AUTh. At AUTh, 16 spinoffs have been established so far, with a strong presence with innovative applications in the healthcare sector and biotechs, such as CaptainCoach and Theta Biomarkers, as well as HiSpin. In addition, there are 80 granted patents for AUTh researchers’ patents, of which 55 are active.
