Todor Mladenov is the current CEO of Sofia Tech Park JSC, since May 2018. STP is the innovation district of Bulgaria whose mission is to foster collaboration between companies and the leading Bulgarian research institutions, accompanying the processes of technology transfer and the development of new products. He has graduated in 1995 from University for National and World Economy – Sofia with Master’s Degree in International Economic Relations. He attended Eastern and Central European Scholarship Program for an extensive list of graduate courses at the Eastern Kentucky University.

He became involved in the Sofia Science Park project very early on. First as a project manager and after the the launch in 2016 as a Director Project Management Dept. His professional activities are set to delivering experience and knowledge in the development and sustainability of the recent R&D and business related infrastructure, designed to nurture and incubate priority industries through commercialization of research output and promotion of start-ups; know-how in the fields of strategic planning and operations; facilities and infrastructure development; business incubation; technology transfer; internationalization, investment attraction and etc. along with aiming to sustain the Tech Park’s operation in its early stages.
