Yiannis Kotsis-Giannarakis is an entrepreneur, active in electronic publishing and digital content, as founder and CEO of IT and Electronic Publishing companies since 1985.

Currently, he serves as Coordinator of the Greek Public Services Digital Innovation Hub (GR digiGOV-innoHUB) led by GRNET. For the past nine years he served as General Manager of ΣΕΚΕΕ.

He was one of the founding members of the Greek leading internet portal www.in.gr where he acted as Managing Director for the first five years, from conception till its establishment as a major media player. Among others he was Director of the Greek edition of National Geographic books and videos, newspaper columnist and editor of various electronic and paper publications.
