Additionally, it has successfully completed more than six projects funded by international organizations (Velux Stiftung, Horizon Europe). Finally, it is noteworthy that Diestia recently secured one of the top three positions in the final round of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS) iNovation Day 2024, where its founders presented an innovative device for assessing the quality of intraocular lenses (IOLs), especially premium lenses for cataract patients.
